Rotary International’s strategic vision –

The Four-Way Test is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for Rotarians to use in their personal and professional relationships.
Of the things we think, say or do
· Is it the TRUTH?
· Is it FAIR to all concerned?
· Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
· Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
Why do we need a STRATEGY PLAN?
· It informs our decisions, growth & goals over the next 3-5 years.
· It defines our long-term objectives & how our short-term goals support that.
· Gives us a clear sense of where we are headed.
· Ensures resources are allocated around the most high impact priorities.
· Helps define our mission Statement, i.e., i.e., core purpose.
· Informs our Vision Statement, i.e., how we plan to get there.
The Rotary Action Plan launched 2019-20 challenges clubs to reverse declining membership.

· Enhance participant engagement and retention.
· Increase our ability to adapt

· Membership – not enough members to fill club roles & support projects.
