Women are active participants in Rotary (40% of our members are ladies), serving their communities in increasing numbers and serving in leadership positions. Jennifer Jones, a member of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland, Canada, was Rotary International’s president for 2022-2023, the first woman to hold that office in Rotary’s 119-year history. Stephanie A. Urchick, of the Rotary Club of McMurray, Pennsylvania, USA, is the President of Rotary International for 2024-25. To reflect these achievements, we are particularly enthusiastic about growing our women membership numbers by seeking those who are ready to volunteer and give something back to our community, our country and others less fortunate than us around the globe.
